Economy Shipping methods:
USPS Parcel, Airmail Letter post, Economy, and Global Priority shippments are not insured and do not come with traking information. DoroPaintball will not be responsable for lost or delayed shippments that are shipped using one of these methods of shipping.

Privacy:
DoroPaintball.Inc keeps all personal information submitted
to us private. ( No information is shared with any other
companies for our financial gain.) This includes all personal
and financial information, except for information that is
submitted to financial institutions.
Shipping overseas:
Orders shipped overseas must have the same billing and shipping
address.
Express Shipping:
If express shipping is paid for, ordered items that are in-stock will ship express shipping. Items that are ordered on the same order that are not in-stock will ship Ground, Parcel or Priority mail when they become available. Unless express shipping is asked for on the when out of stock items become available to ship.
Scheduled Arrival of Package:
If a package does not arrive as scheduled. DoroPaintball must be contacted within 3 days so an investigation by the shipping service may be started. If DoroPaintball is not contacted we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns:
All merchandise, except paintballs, clothing, electronic boards, all skateboard gear, and markers "guns/Airsoft/Paintball Guns", that
are returned for any reason, Will be subject to a 30% restocking
fee, and may only be returned in like new condition and
unused within 20 days after initial order. Markers "guns"
will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and may only be
returned in new condition, unpackaged, and unused within 10 days after
initial order. Paintballs can only be exchanged or credited
if they where damaged because of shipping. Damaged paintballs
must be called into DoroPaintball immediately within 8 days
after initial order and must be returned within 12 days
of initial order. Paintballs will only be credited or exchanged
for the exact same brand and style, other brands and styles
may be given in place depending on what is in inventory. Clothing that has been worn 'used' can not be returned. Electronic boards can not be returned for credit. Electronic boards are checked for damaged parts before they ship. Electronic boards can only be returned for exchange within 10 days after shipment. Due to the nature of skateboard equipment there will be no returns allowed once a package is opened. If the package is unopened it may be returned in accordence to our policies with a restocking fee up to 30%. No skateboard equipment can be returned after 10 days of its shippment.
DoroPaintball does not provide warranty service for any
of the products sold by DoroPaintball. Most manufacturers
have a product warranty for their equipment and should uphold
them (Check with specific manufacturers for warranty information
and details), DoroPaintball.inc will help you the buyer
with questions regarding manufacturer warranties. All returns
must have everything included in them that was sent with
the merchandise, including stickers that are already on
the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice received
with the order, or the return will not be accepted. DoroPaintball
must be made aware that the buyer is or would like to return
merchandise before they are shipped and returned from the
buyer. Sender is responsible for all shipping fees. DoroPaintball
will not issue credits to customers on returned or canceled
orders with-out merchandise that was sent to the buyer,
being sent back and received by us. DoroPaintball will not
refund merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due
to incorrect packaging by the customer, merchandise damaged
due to incorrect packaging will be returned at buyers cost.

fees on damaged returns that are to be sent back because
of incorrect packaging.( STICKERS, BUMPER STICKERS, AND
BUSINESS CARDS CAN BE KEPT BY BUYER ). Credits and charge

Used Markers (Guns/Airsoft/Paintball Guns):
Used markers will not be accepted as returns. This includes
markers that have been taken out of there original containers.
If still under warranty markers may be sent into the manufacturer
for warranty repairs.
Early cancellation fee / Custom Orders / Non compliance:
Purchases canceled for any reason in the first 14 business days.
(except custom ordered products) could be subject
to incur up to a 15% cancellations fee. Custom ordered products
canceled for any reason will incur up to a 30% cancellations
fee. International orders canceled for any reason in 45 business days could be subject to incur up to a 15% cancellations fee. Non compliance with signing receipts and or forms that result in cancellation of an order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs calculated may not be accurate. Doropaintball will charge the account used to place the order for added shipping charges.
Product Packaging:
Product packaging may be removed or adjusted for shipment of that product or other products within that shipment.
Closeouts/Clearance:
Any merchandise being sold as a Closeout, will be non-returnable
and sold as is.
Store Credit:
Store Credit expires after 1 year.
Shipping lose:
If a package is lost during shipment an investigation will be started. Credits will not be issued until that investigation is finished. Investigations can usually take up to 7-60 days depending on the shipper.
Discounts:
Discounts that where giving will be void and taken back
if any of the items are returned from the order that the
discount was given to. If a restocking fee is applicable,
it will be applied to the original retail cost of the products
returned.
FREE OFFER/PRICE MATCHING OR REDUCTION:
When an item is price matched or reduced in price for any reason, free offers that are associated with the item being reduced in price may be void.
Product Compatibility:
Not all products or product types are designed to work together
or universally, If a product is damaged by incorrectly using
that product or another product is damaged by the use of
the incorrect product, DoroPaintball will not be held responsible
for the damages.
Collection agency/ Charge Back Fees:
If Doropaintball.com uses collection agency's to collect
fees. We reserve the right to charge add on fees that will
accrue from using collection agency's services. If Doropaintball.com is charged any fees due to a chargeback from the purchaser any fees derived from the dispute as well as any other expenses encountered to dispute the claim will be charged to the cardholder.
Dispute fees:
If Doropaintball.com incurs dispute fees. We reserve the right to charge the disputers account for those fees.
Exchanges:
DoroPaintball may choose to exchange merchandise in place
of returned merchandise. All merchandise will still be subject
to the return policy, and shipping will be at buyers cost.
restocking fees on returned merchandise and shipping expenses
must be paid by buyer when DoroPaintball.inc is ready to
ship merchandise to buyer. DoroPaintball may choose to ship
comparable merchandise in place of merchandise ordered,
if the merchandise ordered are not available.
Cancellations:
DoroPaintball may be able to cancel an order if we are contacted
over the telephone in person, before the order is sent out.
DoroPaintball can not guarantee that an order will be canceled
our placed, DoroPaintball reserves the right to charge fees
incurred on canceled merchandise. All merchandise that is
not canceled in time will still be subject to return policies.
Stock:
Not all merchandise is guaranteed to be in stock and still
sell able, merchandise that is not in stock will be shipped
out ASAP when we get them in. DoroPaintball.com dos not
match its shipping Zone/Times with the company's that ship
the orders.
Air/N2/Co2 Tanks:
All bottles will be shipped empty.
Policy changes:
DoroPaintball reserves the right to change or add policies
at any time.
Typos:
Typos will appear from time to time When they appear DoroPaintball
has the right to honor or refuse the typo in question.
Warranty shipping/repair:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for shipping cost or repair
cost of merchandise requiring warranty service.
merchandise performance:
DoroPaintball does not warrant that any of the products
sold perform as advertised by the manufacturers, agent,
or by any other form of advertisement.
Policy/Disclaimer For Safety:
Safety is the users responsibility and under no circumstances
is DoroPaintball responsible for the users actions with
merchandise purchased from DoroPaintball.
Policy/Disclaimer Damages:
DoroPaintball will not be responsible for any incidental
or consequential damages from merchandise sold from DoroPaintball.
Returns refused:
DoroPaintball may refuse the return of merchandise sold,
bared on condition, delay or non compliance with our policies.
Claims:
Claims of shortage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
of the order. If no claim of shortage is reported within
24 hours of delivery no claims will be honored.
Unauthorized Returns:
Shipments sent back and or refused without authorization
from DoroPaintball will not be shipped back to the to the
shipper/receiver/customer. The shipper will have to have
the package picked up within 14 days or the package may
be claimed as property of DoroPaintball.
Changes:
DoroPaintball reserves the right to change prices and terms
without notice. All prices and products are subject to availability.
DoroPaintball is not responsible for merchandise left in
the shopping cart that have changed. DoroPaintball is not
responsible for browsers not being refreshed to the up to
date page's.
Modifications:
DoroPaintball will not provide refunds or credits for any
paintball markers "gun" or equipment that has been modified
in any way.
Used Equipment Classified's:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for used equipment sold
by others on DoroPaintball. All used equipment that is sold
by others on DoroPaintball will be the responsibility of
the sellers.
Policy agreement:
By purchasing merchandise on this site the customer agrees
to abide by the policies, terms, agreements, and conditions
set forth by DoroPaintball.
Private Information:
By entering your credit card information and placing an
order you give DoroPaintball permission to view private
information.
Shipping refunds/Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable after the order has been shipped. Account holder agrees to the shipping charges and any other charges that may apply when an order is placed.
Extra Shipping Charges:
If shipping cost more than what was calculaged at the time of ordering DoroPaintball reserves the wright to add extra shipping charges to purchases after/before purchase(s).
Air/N2/Co2 tank returns:
Tanks must be empty when returned to DoroPaintball.
Product availability:
All products are subject to availability.
Stickers:
Do not remove any stickers from the products that are ordered.
Recalls:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for recalls.
Shipping damages and Loss:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for damages done to merchandise
by the shipping companies. DoroPaintball is not responsible
for shipping companies losing or misplacing merchandise.
Shipping Delays:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for shipping delays, after
packages are shipped.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees include: Shipping, packaging materials and
anything else included with shipping. DoroPaintball is not
responsible for any other fee's that shipping companies
may include after shipping.
Shipping Companies
Different shipping companies from the shipping company selected
by the customer may be used for shipping products purchased
from DoroPaintball. Such as UPS/FedEX/USPS.Etc.
Order refusal:
DoroPaintball reserves the right to refuse an order.
Errors:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for Typographical error,
so please be careful when you order.
Credit Fraud:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for credit card theft or
fraud.
Lawsuits:
DoroPaintball is not responsible for lawyer fees or any
other expenses that are incurred from lawsuits, account
holders are responsible for all fees that are associated
with lawsuits.
Illegal use:
Paintball products may be prohibited or require special
permits or rights in your area, DoroPaintball will not accept
returns of products bought, because of laws prohibited or
restricting their use in a particular area. DoroPaintball
is not responsible for any legal action taken against the
user of the equipment sold by DoroPaintball. Check with
local law enforcement regarding the legality of paintball
equipment in your area.
